Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Al Ahad Al Noor Technical Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to CCTV Installation, Video Intercom, Audio Intercom, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, WiFi Setup, WiFi Cameras, and Time & Attendance Systems.
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Al Ahad Al Noor Technical Services We provides the following services:
CCTV Installation
Video Intercom System Setup
Audio Intercom System Setup
Point of Sale (POS) System Supply & Configuration
WiFi Network Setup
WiFi Camera Installation
Time & Attendance System Configuration
All services are provided on a contractual basis, subject to availability, scope, and client requirements.
2. Quotes and Payments
All pricing is provided via formal quotation.
Prices may vary based on specific requirements, site conditions, or custom solutions.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
3. Service Installation and Access
The client agrees to provide full access to the premises during installation and testing.
Any delays caused by lack of access or client unavailability may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
It is the client’s responsibility to secure necessary approvals (e.g., building management, permits) prior to installation.
4. Equipment Warranty
Equipment supplied and installed is covered under manufacturer warranty, subject to their terms.
The Company provides a limited installation warranty of 6 months, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Support & Maintenance
Support is available during standard business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM).
Emergency support or on-site visits outside working hours may incur additional charges.
Maintenance services are available upon request and may require a separate agreement.
6. Data and Privacy
We may collect necessary client data (e.g., contact details, system configurations) to deliver our services effectively.
All collected information is kept confidential and will not be shared without client consent, unless required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring data protection and compliance if storing personal data via installed systems (e.g., POS, CCTV).
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption resulting from system failure, user misuse, or third-party interference.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable if services or materials have already been procured or work has commenced.
Custom orders or special equipment are not eligible for refund once ordered.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/Emirate, e.g., United Arab Emirates]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City/Emirate].
10. Changes to Terms
